Dr. Allison Empey Awarded the APA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Transformational Leader Award

NNACoE would like to congratulate Allison Empey, MD (Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde) for being selected to receive the Academic Pediatric Association’s 2024 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Transformational Leader Award! Dr. Empey is the Vice Chair of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at OHSU, while also serving as the Director of the Wy’east Medicine Post-baccalaureate Pathway. We are so proud of Dr. Empey’s work to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion at NNACoE, OHSU and beyond.
